string gardens


the string gardens of fedor. via paul barbera, as per the below post (sorry to repeat myself!).
i think this is just so wonderful. the japanese-style kokedama (literally: moss ball)
is another type of this style of planting.

this vertical-style gardening has also reminded me that one spring soon,
i would love to try and make a roof-top pumpkin vine,
just like this, and this in melbourne.

    i am so glad these amazing sting gardens capture your imaginations - they are very special i think! good luck to anyone giving it a go for yourselves (and i would really like to try and find a way to campaign to have the wonderful fedor do an installation in melbourne some time!!)
