tavi (a.k.a style rookie) is very incredible, isn't she? 13. years. old. great blogger.
here she models comme des garcons items she got to choose (!!!) on her visit to tokyo.

from style rookie profile:

"Tiny 13 year old dork that sits inside all day wearing awkward jackets and pretty hats. Scatters black petals on Rei Kawakubo's doorsteps and serenades her in rap."

i see
the satorialist is in australia,
photographing stylish people in melbourne today, dec 11.
it is funny, i wonder how many people know and hope hope hope they might be spotted?
street style photography is a pretty interesting phenomenon.
i guess the natural progression from the double take, or the furtive glance of
admiration mixed with a kind of mental snapshot for future reference,
we give when we see some one who looks so great.

baggu.com carries on with the eco bag craze. they are machine washable and long-lasting by the looks.
can be a nice present?

on a random note, does anyone know if anyone makes or sells a costume like max wears
in the where the wild things are? we are not into halloween so much here in oz,

(i am not sure my non-existent sewing skills are up to it)

  8. I hate to say this but she looks like she has skipped the happy part of being an aloof idiot and gone straight into middle-aged spinsterdom. Depressed librarian. who maybe takes a lot of baths and drinks too much red wine. and likes art.
